Show 2022! Registration and Consent form

By registering to take part in the July 9th Performance in The Venue, you are agreeing to:

Committing to attending all rehearsals until the show date
Committing to home practice and extra rehearsals
Consent to be filmed and photographed for the purpose of both rehearsals and performance, and for their distribution by Clare Connolly Dance
Rehearsals take place between May 31st and July 10th.
Completion of Payment of the Show participation fee. Fees are paid towards administration costs, costume rental, costume collection and distribution, costume alteration, administration costs, extra rehearsals etc.

I commit to attending all rehearsals and understand I have a responsibility to my peers to attend all June and July classes and practice at home regularly as per form.
