Jazz and Modern Theatre Dance
Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD) Modern Theatre Examination syllabus.
The syllabus is taught in a creative and fun manner, nurturing students own natural ability. Students will learn to explore, plan, compose, perform and refine. Dancers will develop knowledge, understanding and creative dance skills, alongside a range of technical aspects and body alignment.
This style uses travelling steps, high kicks, leaps and turns which all need strength and flexibility. This is a highly energetic dance style. Most importantly, it is heaps of fun!!
